Fill a large stock pot with salted water. Place it on the stove for it to boil. Then, place your one inch pieces of bacon into a hot saute pan.
While bacon is frying dice one onion. Add the onion once the bacon is about 3/4 of the way cooked.
When the water is boiling, add the beans. If using frozen, the water temperature will drop, add the pasta once water is back to a boil. Stir occasionally to prevent the pasta from sticking.
Once the bacon & onions are done cooking, use a coffee mug (or similar heat proof item) and scoop about 1/4 cup of water from the pot of pasta & beans. Use this water to deglaze the bacon pan. Remove from heat.
When pasta and beans are cooked (about 5-8 minutes, refer to pasta box) drain and return to stock pot. At this time crack three eggs in a small mixing bowl, whisk in cheese and salt and pepper to taste.
Mix bacon and onion into pasta. Add the egg/cheese mixture and mix well. The eggs will cook with the hot pasta. Be sure to mix it in well so you don't wind up with scrambled eggs!
