Tortilla Soup
2 Cans Cream of Chicken soup
2 Cans Cream of Celery soup
2 Cans Cheddar Cheese soup
15 oz Chicken broth
15 oz Diced tomatoes (canned)
1 cup Salsa
1 Onion, chopped
4 Cloves Fresh garlic minced or pressed
1 tsp Chile powder
Salt & pepper to taste
4 Cooked Chicken breasts
Optional:
2 Cans Cream of Mushroom soup
1 Can Green chiles
¼ cup Fresh cilantro
1 Bag Fritos
8 oz Shredded Colby-Jack cheese
Sour Cream to taste

In crock pot add all the cans of soup, stir until blended. Add chicken broth, tomatoes, salsa, onion, garlic, chili powder, salt & pepper. If using chiles add now.
Cook on low for about 6 hours. Add cilantro (if using) and diced chicken, heat again.
Ladle into bowls and top with cheese, sour cream & Fritos.
