Sweet Potato Casserole

In a medium mixing bowl combine drained sweet potatoes (yams), 4 Tbsp. room temperature butter, 3/4 cup brown sugar, salt, vanilla, cinnamon and nutmeg. Mix until smooth.
Add heavy cream and combine completely.
Place mixture into a greased 9x9 pan.
Melt remaining butter. Combine remaining ingredients into a small mixing bowl.
Slowly pour butter into dry ingredients. Use a fork to combine.
Spread oatmeal mixture on top of sweet potato mixture in an even layer. Bake at 350 Degrees for 20-25 minutes until crumble is browned and mixture is heated through.
